Barnsbury Basement
This basement flat in Barnsbury is a great example of how attention to detail and the use of some strong colours can dramatically transform a small space.
The once quite plain property had shiny black floor tiles, beige carpets and white walls throughout along with a cluttered out dated bathroom under the vaults. With very much hands on clients who sourced and implemented much of the works themselves, Stringer Interiors was brought in for general design advice: ideas for flooring, paint colours, tile decisions, soft furnishings amongst other things.
This make over was a labour of love for these clients and we especially love the bold blue we used in what could be a plain entrance hall and the stunning reclaimed oak parquet flooring which is the star of the show.
